Overview

With growing demand driven by large-scale infrastructure and nuclear projects, this work focused on assessing the performance of mechanical couplers used in reinforced concrete applications.

Approach

• Permanent slip testing
• High and low cycle fatigue testing
• Evaluation against emerging performance criteria

Outcome

The project contributed to the development of new testing methods and standards, strengthening R-TECH Group’s position as a leading laboratory for reinforcing steel and coupler testing.
